A 6 week Live Group Program

A Small Group Program to Reconnect with your grounded body, spacious mind and Wild Inner Knowing!

Inspired by my 1-1 work with clients, and a desire to have intentional spaces for connection and community, I created the Grounded Body/Spacious Mind/Wild Inner Knowing Small Group Program. This program blends somatic experiencing, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, spirituality, nature and movement based therapies, somatic flow writing, and more, for deep healing and connection.

It’s so important to take some time out of our busy lives to slow down, rest our nervous systems, ground into the earth, and reconnect to our wild nature. Otherwise, we can end up disembodied and disconnected from our true Self, one another and the world around us.

There’s a certain overwhelm that we can feel at times, filled with worry, self-doubt, difficulty trusting oneself, and constantly engaging in what can seem like an unending project of self-improvement

I hear from many about this deep, soul-level exhaustion that can manifest as unexplainable physical symptoms, the loss of meaning, or just a sense of feeling disconnected from life, that somehow, we’ve lost contact with the beauty, the mystery, and the aliveness of the sacred world, and most importantly, disconnected from our true essence. 

In the Grounded Body/Spacious Mind/Wild Inner Knowing Small Group Program, we’ll practice the art of empathic attunement, the creation of a spacious holding environment, and open to the nature of an embodied wild inner knowing, one that honors the wisdom of the body and connects us to our most true and authentic Self. 

It is my hope that this group program deepens your awareness of what it means for you to be alive at this time, touches what is most meaningful and important to you, opens new pathways of experience and perception, and evokes an embodied, felt sense of compassion and connection to yourself, others, and the world.

what’s included

  • Six, 90-minute, live group workshops via Zoom.

  • Two, 75-min, 1:1 sessions with me

  • Vagus nerve stimulation through algorithmically filtered music is one of the fastest and most effective ways to help bring resiliency and tone back to the nervous system. Meet: The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP).



    The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is a vagal nerve stimulator program that uses music, paired with over-the-ear headphones, to shift the nervous system to be more present and regulated while improving capacity for connection and receptivity. The SSP has demonstrated benefits for assisting individuals with trauma, anxiety, stress, ADHD, sensory processing differences, emotional regulation and more.



    As a part of this 6-week group program, you will be given access to the SSP. The SSP music program involves 5 hours of specifically filtered music spread across the duration of this program. We will discuss the program and how to get started during your first 1-on-1 session with me.

  • The science of the nervous system and Polyvagal Theory

  • Learning the primal language of the body for empowered awareness and skillful attunment

  • Embodied attunement and the wisdom of the feeling body

  • Holding on to your center in times of uncertainty and the unknown

  • Connecting to a Wild Inner Knowing for deepened self-trust and inner guidance

  • Creating an “internal holding environment”- the environment most needed for healing and change

  • Practical tools to nourish your nervous system - returning to the natural healing rhythm of your nervous system

  • Practices to embody trusting yourself, and feeling at home within your body

  • Relationship and connection as a necessary pathway to healing
