For those who feel called to work with me in a deeper way, I offer this three month somatic coaching program that includes somatic therapy, guidance, mentorship, and consultation.

This three-month, 1:1 coaching experience is for those who are ready to step into a deeper relationship with themselves—through body, mind, and spirit.

Together, we explore your inner world with compassion and curiosity. We gently uncover the patterns that shape your experience and begin to trust the deep wisdom held in your body. This work is soul-based and trauma-informed, and it unfolds in a relational context where your story, pace, and complexity are honored.

    Vagus nerve stimulation through scientifically filtered music is one of the fastest and most effective ways to help bring back the natural healing rhythm of your nervous system.

    The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is a practical application of Polyvagal Theory. The SSP acts as a non-invasive, acoustic vagal nerve stimulator to shift the nervous system out of states of defense and threat and into states of presence, connection and healing.  The SSP has demonstrated benefits for assisting individuals with trauma, anxiety, stress, ADHD, sensory processing differences, brain fog, digestive issues, emotional regulation and more.

    The SSP involves listening to scientifically filtered music through headphones along with several remote integration sessions to support your nervous system’s transition.
