Integrative Somatic Coaching: A Body-Centered Approach to Transformation
I offer Integrative Somatic Therapy and Embodiment Coaching for individuals who are ready to create meaningful, lasting change in their lives. Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck or dissatisfied, seeking more than just temporary solutions. While reflecting on past experiences can be an important first step, insight alone isn’t always enough to break free from old patterns.
Through a mindful, body-centered approach, we’ll explore the underlying beliefs and experiences—both past and present—that may be holding you back. Together, we’ll uncover the deeper patterns that shape your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. From there, we’ll work to release limitations, tap into your existing strengths, and open up new possibilities for growth and transformation.
With a focus on both awareness, attunement and embodied action, I guide you to move beyond what no longer serves you, empowering you to step into a more authentic and fulfilling life.
This 1:1 somatic coaching container is dedicated to guiding you on a journey of embodied self-discovery, where the body becomes a doorway to healing, resilience, and profound connection. Through the integration of Hakomi, Somatic Experiencing, Polyvagal Theory, and nature-based wisdom, we create a compassionate space for you to access the deep wisdom of your body, uncover your unique inner truth, and cultivate a loving relationship with yourself. Our work is rooted in the belief that the body holds the key to transformation, offering a path to wholeness, self-attunement, and embodied presence.
My hope is that through discovering the strength of your loving awareness and learning to attune to your body, you can come to know your deepest Self that has the capacity to welcome and hold all parts of the human experience.

Relationships and Intimacy
In my experience, relationships are the ultimate mirror for our healing, showing us the places within that are split off, left in the shadows, and unintegrated. I truly believe that most, if not all, trauma is relational trauma. These wounds of the past long to be made whole again. It is within the container of relationships that we learn to find our voice, speak our truth, set healthy boundaries, and learn to love and skillfully attune to the parts of us that have been left to feel unworthy, unseen, unloved.
It is through my own struggles with dating, preoccupied (anxious) attachment strategies, and losing myself to love that I came into somatic therapy and authentic relating courses years ago. My journey of healing within a relational context has really been a journey of returning home to my Deepest Self, Wild Inner Knowing and to an embodied place of integration and more wholeness.
If you struggle with relationships and intimacy, know that you are not broken and certainly not alone. Your protective strategies have kept you alive. And although they may feel limiting at times, when turned towards with compassion and mindful awareness, these parts of you can reintegrate and find a home within your Deepest Self and Wild Inner Knowing.

Liminal and Transitional Times
Liminal and transitional times have always held a special significance for me. These periods of change offer a unique opportunity to connect more deeply with the center of who we are—open, sensitive human beings. They also serve as a portal to the deeper truths of reality itself.
During these times, the feeling-body awakens, inviting us into a richer connection with ourselves, others, and the sacred dimension of our everyday lives—often something we may have overlooked. As old ways of being fall away—along with outdated dreams and identities—we face a kind of inner alchemy, a transformation that mirrors the natural cycles of growth and renewal.
I believe that these liminal moments are ripe with transformational potential, both within our psyche and in our bodies. That’s why I offer a supportive, relational space where we can gather, rest our nervous systems, ground into our bodies, and open to the healing and somatic presence that lies within the mysteries of these times.

Trauma Healing
Somatic Experiencing (SE™) is a body-based approach to healing trauma, stress, and shock stored in the nervous system. Trauma isn't just about the event, but how it affects the body, often keeping us stuck in fight, flight, or freeze responses. SE helps release these stuck patterns, allowing the body to recover and build resilience. By addressing the root cause of trauma symptoms, SE helps people find greater ease, resilience, and well-being in their daily lives.

Burnout and Nervous System Health and Regulation
Although I have extensive background in Polyvagal Theory and Neurobiology, I’ve found that the nervous system is best understood through a grounded, “earthy” approach. When you turn inward, you won’t find a distinct “thing” called the nervous system. Instead, it’s more like a companion, always with you on your journey, guiding you in both subtle and profound ways.
Your nervous system is present in every moment—whether you’re connecting with others, working, practicing yoga, feeling overwhelmed, falling in or out of love, or simply sitting with a friend in need. It carries its own wisdom and way of navigating life, alongside your body, mind, spirit, and soul. Together, these form an essential part of your inner being.
Through our work together, my aim is to help you deepen your awareness of what it means to be alive in this moment, connect with what matters most to you, and open new pathways for growth, compassion, and connection—to yourself, others, and the world around you.

Our approach combines Hakomi Mindful Somatic Coaching, Somatic Experiencing, Polyvagal Theory, nature based therapy and ancient wisdom practices. But most importantly, compassionate presence and respect for the body’s wisdom is at the heart of everything we do.
Somatic practitioners see the body as a doorway to the psyche and a home to one’s deepest Self. We believe that when we turn towards the body with loving presence, a path towards wholeness illuminates. All of our experiences are lived through internal sensations and emotions that then shape our world. These inner experiences impact our thinking, behavior, and actions. By examining our internal motifs, we gain Somatic Self awareness. From there, we learn to skillfully attune to our inner world, which has the power to opens us to embodied change aligned with our deepest Self.
