Resiliency Protocol, you’ll gain tools to regulate your nervous system, create safety within, and embrace life’s challenges as opportunities for growth. This journey is about coming home to yourself—because when you are deeply connected to your body and inner world, you are better able to live authentically and move through life with clarity and purpose.

Compassion For Our Reactions in the Hard Landscape
This has been an especially hard season. The world seems to be on fire (literally and metaphorically). It feels as if there is a constant drip (or stream) of cortisol in the air sending our nervous systems into overdrive.
It is our human nature and the survival strategy of our reptilian brain to get pulled toward reaction, despair, helplessness, fear, anxiety and rumination during times of distress. This loop of dysregulation can cause us to get stuck in fight, flight, freeze and collapse. Stuck in seeing all of life and one another as a threat. This is for our survival and by design. BUT, with awareness and attunement, we can bring in enough felt safety to our bodies in order to cultivate aligned choice and greater flexibility and capacity in our nervous systems for these times.

Resilience here is not about “powering through” but about softening into a compassionate awareness of your true nature. You’ll learn how to attune to your body’s subtle signals, embrace the gifts of heightened sensitivity, and create an environment of safety and trust within yourself.

Grounded in Polyvagal Theory and Somatic Psychology, this course is designed for those who often feel overwhelmed by the intensity of their emotions or the demands of life. Through somatic practices, you will learn to recognize the signs of nervous system imbalance and engage in body-based practices that nourish your well-being.
More than just acquiring tools, this journey transforms your relationship with your body. You’ll deepen your understanding of your nervous system, cultivate self-compassion, and develop the ability to support yourself with attuned and nourishing care.

This course is designed for those seeking to move from feelings of disconnection and overwhelm to deeper connection and presence with themselves, allowing you to feel more grounded and engaged in both your personal and professional life.
You Will Learn to:
Move from Disconnection to Deep Presence: Cultivate a more intimate relationship with yourself, shifting from feeling disconnected or dysregulated to being present, engaged, and grounded in your body and experience.
Recognize Early Signs of Imbalance: Develop embodied self-awareness to notice when your nervous system is out of alignment. You’ll learn how to assess the appropriateness of your stress response to your environment and gain tools to bring yourself back to balance, returning to your body’s natural healing rhythm.
Shift from Shame and Blame to Compassion and Choice: Free yourself from patterns of shame, self-blame, and feeling stuck. By understanding your nervous system, you’ll develop greater compassion for yourself and feel empowered with more choices as you navigate stressful situations.
Release Unhealthy Patterns: Let go of disconnection and dissociation, and instead, cultivate a compassionate, attuned relationship with your body. This course will guide you in developing a deeper relationship with yourself.
Navigate Relationships from a Place of Authenticity: Move beyond defensiveness and the constant feeling of threat in your relationships and work life. You will learn how to communicate and connect with others from a space of authenticity, allowing for greater co-regulation and mutual support.
Create Healthy Boundaries for Your Well-being: Step away from societal pressures to overwork and overproduce, and embrace balanced, embodied boundaries. You’ll develop a compassionate approach to life that nurtures both your well-being and sustainability, at work and at home.
Break Free from Avoidance Patterns: Instead of avoiding distress, you’ll learn to turn toward it with curiosity and care through somatic explorations and inquiries. This will help you embody new ways of being that align with your true nature and capacity to hold all parts of yourself.
Expand Your Capacity for Connection: Foster safe, trusting relationships that support both your personal and professional growth. You’ll expand your ability to co-regulate and connect deeply with others.

Module 1
Module 1 - Overview of Applied Polyvagal Theory and Its Application to Burnout Prevention and Resilience.
In this module, you’ll gain a foundational understanding of Polyvagal Theory and how it applies to burnout prevention and resilience. By learning to understand your body’s signals, you will bring clarity, compassion, and empowerment to your healing journey. Discover how to work with your nervous system, rather than against it, shifting from states of survival to deeper states of connection, presence, and resilience.
Module 2
Module 2 - The N.U.R.S.E. Resiliency Protocol: A 5-Step Map for Compassionate Awareness and Skillful Attunement. This module introduces the N.U.R.S.E. Resiliency Protocol, a 5-step map for navigating challenging times with compassionate awareness and skillful attunement. We’ll take a deep dive into Steps 1 and 2: Notice and Name and Understanding. These steps help bring compassionate awareness to the protective and defensive patterns held in the body, nervous system, and mind. With this new awareness comes greater freedom and choice, aligned with a broader vision for your well-being.
Module 3
Module 3 - Deep Dive into Step 3 of the N.U.R.S.E. Resiliency Protocol: Resource and Regulate. In this module, we’ll focus on Step 3: Resource and Regulate - essential tools for a healthy nervous system. In today’s world, many of us live in a constant state of stress or overwhelm, leaving our nervous systems stuck in patterns of fight, flight, freeze, or collapse. Somatic resourcing and nervous system regulation tap into the body’s innate wisdom to find anchors of stability, comfort, and grounding, allowing us to feel more present and engaged in life.
Module 4
Module 4 - Co-Regulation and Embodied Boundaries. Learn the importance of co-regulation and establishing healthy embodied boundaries to foster deeper connection, safety, and authenticity—both with yourself and others. This module will guide you in moving through life with more trust, safety, and presence, allowing you to live in alignment with your true Self and engage in relationships from a place of compassion and care.
Module 5
Module 5 - Deep Dive into Step 4 of the N.U.R.S.E. Resiliency Protocol: Somatic Inquiry and Attunement. In this module, we explore Step 4: Somatic Inquiry and Attunement. It’s easy to become merged with patterns of unconscious protective strategies. Somatic Inquiry and Attunement invites you to slow down, listen to the wisdom of your body, and access your deepest truths. These practices are pathways to wholeness, helping you release old tensions, integrate fragmented parts, and reconnect to your authentic self with greater compassion.
Module 6
Module 6 - Deep Dive into Step 5 of the N.U.R.S.E. Resiliency Protocol: Embody, Empower, Expand. Step 5, Embody, Empower, Expand, is an invitation to live a vibrant, authentic, and deeply connected life. In this module, you’ll embark on a journey to awaken your true essence, harness your inner power, and step boldly into a life of freedom and possibility. Together, let’s start a revolution of compassion, connection, and well-being.
